Improves Weight Reduction!

Once you have reached the point that you are feeling the benefits of the "7 Day Fat Burning System", and you have
seen your energy level rise, your body starts to feel more alive, you are now ready to take the next step. That next step is a simple exercise program.
Most people who try to reduce weight and improve their health by exercise alone, or by using a combination of exercise and diet, usually fail. Why? Because they do not realize how their metabolism works. When you begin to exercise, your muscle tissue uses its own supply of glycogen. When this takes place the body pauses, before Fat is metabolized, or glycogen is released from the liver. So what is your solution? We suggest you warm-up first before exercising. By so doing, you will assist the body in metabolizing Fats for energy.
Walking is a perfect way to warm-up before exercising. But remember it takes at least 10 to 20 minutes of continuous walking to warm up properly. Exercise at a moderate pace, before fat becomes the body´s main source of fuel! You do not need to start running short or long distances for your exercise program.
The real facts are that a brisk walk in fresh air is by far the easiest way to start your exercise program. The key is
consistency!
When you start to exercise on a regular basis, you will see your body automatically increase the speed of moving from just Glycogen, to a mixture of fat and glycogen.
The more consistent you are, the faster your tissue will receive Oxygen. When Oxygen is naturally increased at the cell level, the body will automatically burn more fat.
Also note, that the longer YOU exercise the better!
We would like to suggest that you start your exercise program by walking at least 6 blocks the first week. We also suggest
that you could start slowly by doing this everyday, or at least every other day in the first 4 weeks. Keep in mind that your walk needs to be no more than 10 minutes the first week.
We would also like to see you add 1 block per week to your exersice schedule, until you have built it up to at least 12 blocks (1 mile) each day.
Once you have accomplished this, you may select to increase your exercise program beyond the 12 blocks walk per day. The
choice is yours.
